Food Explorers
School holidays creative workshops for little foodies ages 6-12!
These July School Holidays, join us at Burwood Brickworks for Food Explorers, a fun and interactive workshop series for kids aged 6–12!
Presented in partnership with Joyful Plates, each 1.5-hour session starts with a group storytime based on a delicious food theme. After the story, kids roll up their sleeves and get hands-on, making or decorating the very food featured in the book!
Booking is essential. Tickets will be available to book from 23 June, get in quick as these are expected to book out.
What to expect:
- A relaxed and welcoming environment in The Hollow on Level 1
- Engaging storytelling to spark imagination
- Guided cooking and decorating activities
- Fun take-home creations (and possibly a few sticky fingers!)

Create Kawaii sushi characters and hear the story of sushi

Snowman Cookies
Design your own winter-themed cookies with a frosty twist
