This August, Burwood Brickworks is turning up the heat with Spice Fest 2025! A four-week celebration of bold flavours, live entertainment, and winter spice! From $10 Spice Bites to Saturday night shows and spicy midweek movie rewards, it’s the ultimate destination for foodies and fun-seekers.
Running from 9–30 August, Spice Fest brings together the best of global street eats, spicy challenges, and sizzling performances to fire up your winter nights.
Saturday Night Entertainment
Spice up your weekends – every Saturday in August from 5pm–8pm
Each Saturday night, the Centre comes alive with themed entertainment, cooking demos, and interactive family fun:
- 9 August – Fire performers, face painting & cooking demos: Kung Pao Chicken + Thai Chilli Jam
- 16 August – Chilli planting workshop, LED performers & Chilli Dumpling demo
- 23 August – Bubble artists & a kids’ cooking workshop featuring Sayur Lodeh
- 30 August – Spicy Margarita Masterclass & live roving performers

- Try $10 Spice Bites from participating Eat Street retailers
- Each dish earns a digital stamp
