In keeping with a sustainable approach, owners Joe and Joanna have opted for a made-to-order system with customers picking out their ingredients instead of cooking at the table around a large, simmering bowl like a traditional hot pot. Specialising in ‘Malatang’ – the broth slow cooked over eight hours with 18 herbs and spices will be sure to entice any hot pot fan.
