Join Cultivating Community for an engaging hands-on gardening and cooking experience at Burwood Brickworks Shopping Centre. These workshops blend seasonal gardening skills with culturally inspired cooking, creating a welcoming space to learn, share, and connect.
Designed for all ages and skill levels, these sessions are perfect for beginners and experienced gardeners and cooks alike.
Each two-hour session includes:
- One hour of practical gardening – Develop skills in rooftop harvesting, propagation, soil care, and upcycling.
- One hour of interactive cooking – Prepare and enjoy dishes inspired by different cuisines, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
